Abstract: Nurses' psychological empowerment plays an important role on nurses themselves, organization and patient's outcomes. It has caused nursing scholars wide concern in recent years. In order to provide references for further research, this paper summarized the connotation, model, measurement, influencing factors, and effects of psychological empowerment.
