Abstract: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technique is an important means for nursing staff in Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals to provide high quality service for the patients. But there are still some factors which restrict the technological development of TCM nursing technique, such as unclear subject orientations, insufficient content mining, imperfect assessment and evaluation, unreasonable charging structure, and so on. Based on these issues, this paper put forward some improvement suggestions, including making clear the rights and duties, strengthening theory mining, and establishing scientific evaluating index and reasonable charging structure, in order to show the advantages of TCM nursing technique.
