Abstract: During the "11 · 22" Sinopec group oil pipeline leak explosion accident in Qingdao, the Nursing Department immediately initiated the emergency response plan, set up the nursing rescue leadership team, and initiated the emergency team, dispatched nurses reasonably, and emphasized the first option assumes for overall responsibility.Moreover, psychological guidance followed the rescue. The Nursing Department played an important role during the medical rescue, and the routine nursing practice was maintained at the same time.
