Abstract: Objective: By using the CSSD-training workshops, to improve the ability of primary hospital CSSD's staff to deal with problems faced in the work, and to increase the service ability and work quality. Methods: According to the different requirements and situations of primary hospital CSSDs, diverse activities theme of CSSD-training workshops were designed and participants range were limited to stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and subjective initiative, then to find the solutions to problem altogether. Conclusion: The CSSD-training workshops could promote primary hospital staff's problem-solving capability. The workshop is an effective method to train and improve the work efficiency in primary hospital CSSDs.
