Abstract: With enrollment expansion of postgraduate nursing students in recent years, the traditional single tutorial system cannot meet the demand of the cultivation of graduate students and restricts the improvement of training quality. While the tutor group model can effectively solve the shortcomings of the single tutorial system. In this research, a tutor team and a student team were set up. They carried out research reports regularly, modified papers collectively, and invited cross-disciplinary experts to give lectures and etc. It effectively improved the quality of graduate students' education, the teachers' academic level and their ability to guide graduate students. Meanwhile, a collaborative relationship was built between teachers and students. So, tutor group model based on team learning could improve education quality of postgraduate students effectively.
