Abstract: This paper analyzes the bottleneck problems of nursing team construction in level two hospitals and proposes the countermeasures to solve the problems, including updating concepts, stabling nursing team; optimizing the knowledge structure,improving nursing professional quality; improving scientific research and innovation management mechanism, enhancing research capacity; establishing competitive mechanism, creating a good atmosphere for the talent growth; adapting nursing professional development, and building clinical nursing service team.
