Abstract: In this study, we designed a nursing human resource management system, which included nurses' basic data, data update, data management and data of nurses' transfer. This system can interact with other data systems, and we can get statistical data easily by this system. So this system can improve work efficiency, promote reasonable allocation of nursing human resources and evaluate nurses' performance.
