Abstract: Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital is the leading hospital in the East Network of Hongkong, which pays more attention on implementing effective method to solve problems. They applied Situation Background Assessment Recommendation (SBAR) to manage the communication problems between physicians and nurses. Crew Resources Management(CRM) was used to improve medical safety management, staff's capacity to face emergency critical events, and team collaborative abilities. They also organized love transfer activities to pass their caring culture to staffs and patients. All of these methods were effective to improve communication and collaboration among staffs, and build a humane working atmosphere,which provides reference for nursing managers in Mainland China.
