Abstract: Continuing care aims to enlarge the concept of patient-oriented into hospital discharge, to improve patients’quality of life. This paper reviewed the five issues of continuing care in Acute Cerebral Infarction patients: connotation and significance, domestic status of study projects ,implementation form, research tools and implementation effects.
