摘要： 传统的护理单元管理方式在一定程度上制约了护理专业的发展,为适应我国市场经济快速发展的需要,促进护理学科发展,我院在管理模式上进行了探索,在护理单元内实行了护士长独立管理、成本单独核算的管理方式。实践证明新的管理模式在发挥护士长的主观能动性,提高综合管理能力,改善护理服务质量,提高护士全科业务能力、关系协调能力等方面具有明显优势。
