摘要: 对某月本院30个病区出院病人1458份满意度调查问卷进行分析为例,评估了所设计病人满意度调查问卷的可靠性。问卷的效度和信度均符合要求,并结合多元逐步回归分析,发现影响病人满意度的因素由高到低是服务态度、技术水平、管理工作和费用,为提高护理服务质量及管理水平提供了依据。
