摘要： 目的:了解济源市护理人员接受继续教育的现状,找出护理人员继续教育管理中存在的问题,提出相应对策。方法:由济源市卫生局统一发放调查表,调查2004-2005年度在职护理人员接受继续教育情况、订阅护理及医院感染报刊的情况。结果:护理人员继续教育培训有待进一步加强。结论:应转变领导认识,加强职业道德教育,严把护士聘用关,严格再注册考试,增加学习经费投入,继续教育应与时俱进。

Abstract: Objectives: To explore the condition of continuous education among nurses in Jiyuan city, to find out the problems existed in nurse continuous education management, and to bring forward countermeasures against them. Method: A survey was done by the Health
