摘要： 基于护理专业双语教学的实施,重点分析推行双语教学过程中面临的问题,即缺乏师资、教材及相关激励机制,护生听说基础差,双语教学模式尚需改进。提出对策:完善机制,通过内引外培解决师资短缺问题,强化教材建设,合理安排教学计划,注重教学方法,强化教学氛围。
