Construction of Entrustable Professional Activities indicators for newly hired nurses in Cardiac Surgery ICU

摘要: 目的:构建心脏外科ICU新入职护士置信职业行为评价指标,为临床心脏外科ICU护士胜任力考核提供参考依据。方法:通过文献回顾、小组讨论,构建心脏外科ICU新入职护士置信职业行为评价指标初稿,于2022年12月至2023年2月,通过对河南省、山东省、山西省、湖北省的15名专家进行德尔菲专家函询,形成最终版新入职护士置信职业行为评价指标。结果:2轮专家函询问卷的回收率均为100.0%,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.218和0.362(P均<0.05)。最终构建了心脏外科ICU新入职护士置信职业行为评价指标,包括20个项目,说明了指标内容,并确定了各项指标不同护士入职时间的预期置信级别。结论:本研究构建的心脏外科ICU新入职护士置信职业行为指标可靠,评价的预期置信级别可为心脏外科ICU护士胜任力考核提供参考依据,对心脏外科ICU新入职护士培养具有价值。

Abstract: Objective: To construct a Entrustable Professional Activities indicator system for newly hired nurses in the Cardiac Surgery ICU and to provide a reference for the competency assessment of nurses in clinical Cardiac Surgery ICU. Methods: The first draft of the Entrustable Professional Activities indicators for newly hired nurses in Cardiac Surgery ICU was constructed through literature review and group discussion. From December 2022 to February 2023, 15 experts from Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, and Hubei provinces were consulted using Delphi method to form the evaluation Indicators for Entrustable Professional Activities for newly hired nurses. Results: The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100.0%. The Kendall coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.218 and 0.362 respectively (all P<0.05). Finally, 20 Entrustable Professional Activities indicators for newly hired nurses in Cardiac Surgery ICU and their content descriptions were constructed, and the expected confidence levels of each indicator at different time points were determined. Conclusion: The content of high-quality entrustable professional activities indicators for newly hired nurses in Cardiac Surgery ICU is preliminarily constructed, and the expected confidence levels at different time points are determined, so as to provide a valuable reference for the competency-oriented training of new nurses in Cardiac Surgery ICU.
