摘要： 为探讨病区护理科研管理的方法,促进专科护理的发展,科内建立健全了护理科研管理制度。自1996年对护理科研工作进行规范化管理以来,极大地激发了护士科研的创新意识和开展科研的积极性,论文见刊数量逐年上升,其中有两项护理成果获得市科技进步三等奖,一项获得市巾帼科技建功奖,一项获市科协首届学术年会优秀论文三等奖。病区护理课题与临床实践紧密结合,使日常平凡的护理工作变成了科研的实践,促进了护理工作的规范化及专科护理的发展。
