摘要： 随着新《医疗事故处理条例》的颁布实施,急诊护理工作面临的责任和风险逐渐增多,面对新的形势、新的规则,有必要重新识别并确定目前存在和潜在的护理风险,加强风险管理。本文对完善规章制度、加强专业培训、提高业务水平、加强护患沟通、合理使用有限人力资源等护理行为进行了综合分析。识别并防范可能导致医疗纠纷的风险因素,目的在于维护病人权益的同时,用法律保护自己的合法权益,预防因护理过失而引发的医疗纠纷。
