摘要： 从管理的五要素分析了目前临床护理科研管理的组织结构、科研人才的培养和使用、科研激励机制的建立、基金的来源、信息资源的利用等方面存在的缺陷,提出相应的对策,以使各级护理管理者认识存在的问题,重视和支持护理科研工作,进一步提高我国护理科研质量,促进护理学科的发展。
