摘要： 目的:了解护理级别医嘱下达情况,完善分级护理。方法:对住院患者进行5次现况调查,对存档病历随机抽样135份进行回顾性调查。结果:一级护理符合率27.8%,二级护理符合率36.2%;从入院到出院一直是一级护理者52例,占38.5%,一直是二级护理者54例,占40.0%。结论:部分临床医生对护理级别评定不准确,亟待解决完善。
