摘要： 目的:探索儿科护理继续教育之路,培养儿科护理高级技术骨干。方法:试行查房护师制,已完成住院总护师规范化培训的高年资护师或主管护师,通过与医师共同查房,了解病人病情,找出护理问题,制定相应的护理措施并组织实施,检查护理记录书写质量并进行护理教学及查房指导等。结果:通过查房护师制的实施,在培养儿科护理专业高级技术骨干,提高护理质量,保持医护诊疗记录的一致,建立良好的护患关系,减少医疗纠纷等方面收到了较好的效果。
