摘要: 临床护理教学过程本身是一个系统,它主要由带教老师、实习护生、教育内容、教学方法这四种最基本的要素构成。传统的临床护理教学中普遍存在着教与学的不和谐现象。本文依据系统论的观点和思想,分析了这四种最基本的要素所构成的六种关系,力求四个要素之间始终处于一种密切配合、互相协调的和谐状态,从而提高临床护理教学的质量。
