摘要： 为了解江门市护理专业队伍人力资源的现状,对2004年参加护士执业再次注册的护理专业人员资料进行分析。结果显示,护理人员学历偏低,大专及以上学历只占7.85%。建议重视护理人员的学历教育,为护理人员参加继续学历教育提供条件,以提高本地区的护理教育水平,从而提高护理队伍的整体素质。
