DMAIC管理模式在提升儿科专科护士培训教学质量中的应用

The effect of DMAIC based training on quality improve in pediatric specialized nurses

摘要: 目的:探索儿科专科护士培训模式和经验,以供其他专科护士培训借鉴。方法:将六西格玛DMAIC管理模式运用于儿科专科护士培训班,并对培训的效果进行评价。结果:儿科专科护士培训基地建立了基于DMAIC管理模式的培训模式,学员的核心能力、知识和技能等均得到显著提升。结论:系统规范的DMAIC管理模式有利于提升儿科专科护士的教学质量,符合现代儿科护理发展趋势,应不断改进并优化培训流程,进一步提高儿科专科护士培训质量和教学效果。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Six Sigma DMAIC process management in improving the quality of pediatric specialized nurse training. Methods: The Six Sigma DMAIC process management was introduced to the pediatric specialized nurse training, and the results of training were evaluated. Results: The systematic training model based on Six Sigma DMAIC process management was developed, and the students' knowledge and core competencies was significantly improved. Conclusion: The systematic training conforms to the development of pediatric specialized nursing, and can be generalized in the future.
