Abstract: PICC has been widely applied to provide tumor patients with long term painless medium for chemotherapy. The present studies about PICC mainly focused on maintenance methods and complications management for PICC patients in China. The PICC maintenance networks, which have been widely performed abroad, have rarely been reported in China. This paper reviewed the studies of PICC maintenance service, the establishment and management of PICC maintenance network. It is expected to provide information for the establishment of PICC maintenance network in China.
