摘要： 护理管理中一个重要的课题就是如何激活有限的护理人力资源潜能。双因素理论为解决这一问题提供了新的思路。通过探讨保健因素与激励因素在护理工作中所起到的不同作用,提出:作为护理管理者,不仅要妥善处理保健因素,维持护士工作时一定的士气,更应当学会有效引导和发挥激励作用,充分调动激励因素,最大限度地发挥护士的潜能。
