摘要： 采用社区首诊制的英国卫生服务体系很好地发挥了初级卫生保健人员的作用，尤其社区护士可以在慢性病管理中产生很好的成本效益。本文通过介绍英国社区诊所的工作模式和社区护士承担的不同角色，结合我国社区卫生服务的现状，分析了值得我国社区护士借鉴的方面，尤其培养开业护士对于社区慢性病长期管理的重要性。
Abstract: National Health Service of UK plays important roles in primary care. It’s noteworthy that the nurses brought great cost-effectiveness in the management of chronic diseases in community. This article explained the model of community health centres and multiple roles of community nurses in UK. It is expected to clarify the roles of the community nurses and nurse practitioners in the management of chronic diseases in China.
