ICU护士医护合作水平、职业获益感与工作投入的相关性研究

The relationship between doctor-nurse collaboration, perceived benefits and work engagement among ICU nurses

摘要: 目的:研究ICU护士医护合作水平、职业获益感和工作投入三者之间的关系,并分析职业获益感在医护合作水平与工作投入之间是否存在中介作用。方法:采用医护合作量表、职业获益感量表、工作投入量表和一般资料问卷对230名ICU护士进行调查并分析。结果:ICU护士医护合作量表、职业获益感、工作投入总分分别为(90.60±14.48)分、(133.30±17.11)分、(25.47±7.68)分。护士医护合作水平、职业获益感与工作投入之间均呈正相关(P<0.05);且医护合作水平对工作投入具有预测作用(P<0.05),职业获益感在医护合作水平与工作投入之间起部分中介作用。结论:护理管理者可通过对医护合作关系的建设,以及对护士职业获益感的积极引导,努力提高护士工作投入水平,从而提高ICU护理服务质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between doctor-nurse collaboration, perceived benefits and work engagement among ICU nurses. Methods: Totally 230 nurses were investigated by Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale (NPCS), Nurses' Occupational Benefit Questionnaire (NOBQ), Work Engagement Questionnaire (UWES-9) and a self-designed demographic questionnaire. The data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results: The total score of NPCS, NOBQ and UWES, respectively, was 90.60±14.48, 133.30±17.11 and 25.47±7.68. There were positive relationship among doctor-nurse cooperation, perceived benefits and work engagement (P<0.05). The ICU doctor-nurse collaboration had significant prediction effect on work engagement (P<0.05) and the perceived career benefit was a mediator in the relationship between doctor-nurse collaboration and work engagement. Conclusions: The doctor-nurse collaboration and perceived benefits have significant influence on nurses' work engagement, so doctor-nurse collaboration should be improved and great importance on perceived benefits should be attached in ICU to improve the nursing service quality.
