网络课程资源库在内科护理教学中的应用研究

摘要: 目的:分析内科护理网络课程资源库在教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2014级护理专业6个班学生随机分为实验组153人和对照组151人,分别进行网络辅助教学和传统教学。比较两组学生的学习成绩,并在学期结束测评学生自主学习能力和评判性思维能力。结果:实验组各阶段考试成绩得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组自主学习能力的总分及各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的评判性思维能力总分及寻找真相、分析能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度方面评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内科护理网络课程资源库辅助教学方法能够提高教学成绩,且有利于学生自主学习能力和评判性思维能力的培养。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of the medicine nursing network courses. Methods: Totally 305 nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group (n=153) and control group (n=151). Internet-assisted teaching mode was used in experimental group, while traditional teaching mode was used in control group. The examination scores were compared. Students' self-learning ability and critical thinking ability were evaluated at the end of the semester. Results: The stage examination scores in experimental group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Experimental group had significantly higher scores in total score and all dimensions of the students' self-learning ability (P<0.05). The total score of critical thinking ability, self-confidence, intellectual curiosity and cognitive maturity of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The internet-assisted teaching mode can improve teaching effects and students' ability of self-study and critical thinking.
