摘要： 重症监护病房（Intensive Care Unit，ICU)是医院感染预防与控制的重点部门。2016年，国家卫生计生委颁布的《重症监护病房医院感染预防与控制规范》明确规定了医院ICU在医院感染防控方面的各项要求，规范了各级综合医院开展重症监护病房诊疗活动的工作准则，填补了国内重症监护病房医院感染防控工作无标准可依的空白。临床医护人员是医院感染防控工作制度和措施落实的执行者，是医院感染防控的前哨力量。在护理工作中如何保障医院感染的防控措施落实到位是医院感染防控工作的关键，直接关系到医院感染防控的效果。

Abstract: ICU is an important department in control of healthcare associated infection (HAI). The "Regulation for Prevention and Control of Healthcare Associated Infection in Intensive Care Unit" published by National Health and Family Planning Commission in 2016 defined the rules and regulations in control of HAI in ICU. There is a particular standard for prevention and control of HAIs in ICU. The doctors and nurses as performers of theregulation play an important role in prevention and control of HAI.
