摘要： 对护理流程再造的步骤、护理服务流程再造的策略、流程再造在临床应用的启示、流程再造理念在我国临床护理中研究与应用进展进行综述，并提出启示，以期更好地为护理管理服务。
Abstract: To review the process and strategies of nursing Business Process Reengineering, its inspirations for clinical applications, and the research and application progress of the theory of Business Process Reengineering in Chinese clinical nursing, so as to provide suggestions for better nursing management.
