摘要： 运用质性研究的方法,以国际上较为通用的护理质量标准制定理论模式———Donabedian的结构—过程—结果模式为理论框架,通过系统回顾分析美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国、日本、韩国、中国台湾、香港等地区和国内的大量文献,制订出了一套较规范的护理质量标准和评价体系,包括医院护理的结构与组织、医院护理实践、医院护理质量绩效评价指标三部分。
