Abstract: In this article, the authors introduced the current situation of the nurses' humanistic spirit in China, and discussed the construction background and connotation of Sunshine pattern, and then described the measures that they had taken in their hospital based on the 8 aspects of Sunshine pattern. Finally, they analyzed the preliminary effects of the pattern on nurses, hospital and patients.
