照顾者同步教育对鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量的影响

Effect of caregiver synchronous education on quality of life among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated with radiotherapy

摘要: 目的:评价照顾者同步教育对鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:于2014年11-12月分别在某三级甲等肿瘤医院两个头颈放疗科病区选取鼻咽癌患者及其照顾者为研究对象,采用抽签法选取一个病区为实验组(n=34),另一病区为对照组(n=33)。对照组患者接受常规教育;实验组患者及照顾者接受同步教育。于干预前、出院6个月及出院12个月时使用EORTC生命质量测定量表QLQ-C30测量患者生活质量。结果:重复测量方差分析结果显示,两组患者总体健康状况、情绪功能、社会功能、疲乏得分的干预主效应、时间主效应和交互作用均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:照顾者同步教育可提高鼻咽癌放疗患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of caregiver synchronous education on quality of life(QOL) among nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods: NPC patients treated with radiotherapy in two different head and neck departments in a tertiary cancer hospital from November to December, 2014 were recruited with 34 patients in one department as the experimental group and 33 patients in another department as the control group. The patients in the control group received conventional education and the patients in the experimental group received patients and caregivers' synchronous education. Patients' QOL was measured by EORTC QLQ-C30 before the intervention, 6 months and 12 months after discharge to compare the effect of the intervention in two groups. Results: Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the main intervention effect, the main time effect and the interaction between intervention and time on global health status, emotional function, social function and fatigue had statistical significance (P<0.05) in two groups. Conclusion: Caregiver synchronous education could improve the QOL of NPC patients treated with radiotherapy.
