摘要: 授权教育是以患者为主体一种全新的教育模式,患者参与决策, 与教育者共同制定护理方案,在疾病的控制过程中逐步发现和发展自我管理的内在能力,进而达到更好地管理自身疾病的目的。本文综述了授权教育概念、特点、内容、干预方法、评价指标及在维持性血液透析患者教育的应用现状,为临床实施授权教育提供参考。
Abstract: Empowerment education is based on the patient as the subject of a new educational mode,who working together with educators to develop nursing programs to participate in decision-making. Internal capacity was gradually discovered and developed in controlling the disease process, and then the ability of better manage their disease was developed.This article summarizes the concept, characteristics, content, intervention methods, evaluation parameters and application of empowerment education in maintenance hemodialysis patients, to provide references for clinical practice.
