基于BOPPPS教学模型的肿瘤科临床带教微课程体系建设及应用

摘要: 通过分析微课在临床带教应用中的优缺点,结合肿瘤科临床带教知识特点和混合式带教模式,建立肿瘤科临床带教微课程纵向体系,通过扩展BOPPPS 教学模型在临床应用层次,建立了临床带教微课程体系内微课知识点之间动态横向衔接关系,建立了从顶层设计层次到临床教学应用层次完整的微课程体系架构,同时改进了微课临床教学设计模式,克服了微课临床教学应用中微课知识点孤立和临床教学过程中教学要素覆盖不全的问题,有效提高了科室微课建设的科学性和临床教学应用的有效性。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of micro-curriculum in clinical teaching and combined the hybrid teaching model and oncology clinical nursing knowledge to establish the vertical micro-curriculum system of clinical nursing teaching in oncology department, to establish the dynamic connection between different microcurriculum in curriculum system of clinical teaching at the application level by expanding BOPPPS model, to construct a complete micro-curriculum system of clinical nursing teaching in oncology department from top level design to clinical teaching, to improve the clinical teaching design model, and to overcome the shortcomings of the micro-lectures knowledge point isolation and lack of teaching element in oncology clinical teaching, and to propose the scientific and effectiveness of the micro-curriculum system.
