高仿真模拟教学中不同角色护生对教学的评价

The evaluation of the teaching effects of nursing students based on different roles in high-fidelity simulation teaching

摘要: 目的:探讨不同角色护生对高仿真模拟教学的评价。方法:在Jeffries 护理模拟教学理论框架指导下,对2013 级302 名护生(观摩者212 名,扮演医生者18 名,护士54 名,家属18 名)应用高仿真模拟人实行基于临床护理岗位工作过程的高仿真教学,采用美国护理学会研发的模拟教学设计量表、模拟教学实践量表、模拟教学满意度和自我效能感量表评价不同角色实训效果。结果:所有角色护生(包括观摩护生)对高仿真教学满意度、自我效能感、教学设计和教学实践的得分均>4 分,护士角色得分均最高。学生满意度均分(4.37±0.50) 分,自我效能感均分(4.33±0.47) 分。教学设计量表中教学目标/ 信息(4.24±0.49) 分,辅助/ 支持学生(4.16±0.56) 分,问题解决(4.26±0.50) 分,引导性反馈(4.46±0.49) 分,仿真性(4.38±0.56) 分。模拟教学实践量表中主动学习(4.11±0.30) 分,团队合作(4.41±0.40) 分,多种学习方法(4.32±0.63) 分,高期望值(4.32±0.57) 分。结论:护生通过观摩同伴的仿真训练可以获得积极有益的替代经验,提高其自我效能感,促进知识积极迁移,强化护生职业基本技能和临床思维能力。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of using simulation in promoting a range of outcomes in nursing students based on experiences in different roles. Methods: A set of instruments developed by the National League for Nursing(NLN) were used in the study, including the Simulation Design Scale (SDS), the Educational Practices in Simulation Scale(EPSS), and the Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale. Results: The simulation was evaluated to be a valuable teaching-learning method to develop professional understanding and insight independent of roles. Conclusion:Both methods of learning (practical experience or vicarious learning) may bridge the gap between theory and practice and contribute to the development of skills in reflective and critical thinking.
