摘要： 近年来,护患纠纷逐年上升,已成为当今中国的一个热点问题。本文参考了近年来有关护患纠纷的文献,总结一些医院减少护患纠纷的方法,根据国务院颁发的《医疗事故处理条例》及相关配套文件的要求,提出一些对护患纠纷的防范及处理措施,希望能对完善护理服务,建立和维持良好的护患关系,维护护患双方的权益,减少护患纠纷有所帮助
