摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：调查并分析临床护士循证护理知信行现状及循证实践障碍因素。方法：采用方便抽样法对天津市4 所三级甲等医院的375 名临床护士进行问卷调查，包括一般资料、循证护理知信行量表和循证实践障碍量表。结果：临床护士循证护理知信行均分（4.38±1.02) 分，各维度由低到高依次为循证知识技能（4.26±1.01）、循证实践行为（4.31±1.32）、循证实践态度（4.59±1.24）；经多元逐步线性回归分析显示，现任职务、工作压力、职业态度、护士对循证护理主观态度与能力、科研报道质量5 个因素进入回归方程，解释量为27.5%。结论：临床护士循证护理知信行水平有待提高，现任职务、职业态度、工作压力、护士对循证护理主观态度与能力、科研报道质量是影响临床护士循证护理知信行水平的因素。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate and analyze the level of knowledge, attitude, practice to evidence-based nursing and perceived barriers to evidence-based nursing in clinical nurses. Methods: A convenience sample of 375 registered nurses was investigated with demographic data questionnaire, the Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire, The BARRIERS Scale. Results: The average score of knowledge, attitude, and practice to evidence-based nursing was 4.38±1.02. The score of each dimension from low to high was nursing knowledge and skill (4.26±1.01), nursing practice (4.31±1.32), nursing attitude to evidence-based nursing (4.59±1.24).Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that present position, working pressure, occupational attitude, attitude to evidencebased nursing and the quality of research reports entered regression equation, with 27.5% explanation for variance. Conclusion: The level of knowledge, attitude, practice to evidence-based nursing in clinical nurses should be improved, which is affected by nurses' present position, occupational attitude, working pressure, attitude to evidence-based nursing and the quality of research reports.
