摘要: 探讨翻转课堂在护理查房中的应用效果。运用翻转课堂的理念,对查房前准备、查房内容及质控管理等环节进行改进,变被动为主动,从表面到深层,激发护士主动学习的兴趣,锻炼自学和分析问题的能力,培养组织和写作能力,提高临床护理实践技能。
Abstract: This paper explored the applications and effects of flipped classroom in nursing ward rounds. When the concept of flipped classroom is applied to nursing ward rounds on certain aspects such as the preparation, the contents, and the quality control and management of ward rounds, the nurses could change from passive learning to active learning, from learning on the surface to learning in-depth. This would stimulate nurses’ interests in active learning, develop the abilities in studying alone and analyzing the problems, cultivate the abilities in organization and writing, and improve the skills of clinical nursing practice.
