Abstract: We summaried the experience of construction of drug safety information warning mechanism in our hospital based on the hospital information system platform. We designed different reminder warning caveat for six kinds of drugs, through the hospital Wi-Fi connecting with mobile I-touch scanner, strengthened the management of drug safety, made up the traditional high-risk drug use and management deficiencies, reduced the incidence of adverse drug events, guaranteed the accuracy, safety and therapeutic effects of patient drug use, improved nurses' work efficiency, promoted information construction in our hospital,and improved the management level of the hospital.
