摘要： 目的：基于互联网技术进行护理不良事件的上报与分析，以完善管理制度，优化工作流程，保障患者安全。方法：基于因素分析法开发了具备上报、查看、统计分析和字典管理功能的护理不良事件上报系统，实现患者跌倒、烫伤、坠床、管路滑脱、皮肤压疮和护理质量缺陷的上报与分析。结果：自2013 年1 月至2014 年12 月，通过系统上报542 起不良事件，并进行专家分析，采取系统改进。结论：护理不良事件上报系统功能完善、运行良好，有利于护理质量的持续性改进和安全文化的建立，在未来须继续完善上报表单的种类与分类。
Abstract: Objective: To report and analyze clinical nursing adverse events based on internet technology. Methods: The nursing report system with comprehensive functions, including report, check, analysis and dictionary management was developed based on factor analysis. Nurses and managers could report and analyze falls, burns, falling out of bed, unexpected extubation,pressure ulcers and nursing quality defects. Results: A total of 542 events were reported in the nursing report system from Jan 2013 to Dec 2014, and managers analyzed these events to make system improvement. Conclusion: The nursing report system had optimized function and run well. It was helpful to promote the improvement of nursing quality and the establishment of safety culture. The classifications of clinical nursing adverse events need improvement in the future.
