摘要： 本文通过查阅文献，对早期预警评分的概念、使用流程、在临床中的应用及意义进行综述，旨在为早期预警评分的合理使用提供参考，从而使护理人员及时发现患者的病情变化，预防不良事件的发生。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the concept, procedure, application and the meaning of Early Warning Score (EWS). It was helpful to provide reference for the rational use of EWS, and nurses can recognize clinical deterioration timely and prevent the adverse event.
