摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨降低连续性血液净化（CBP) 非计划性下机发生率的措施及实践效果。方法：对危重病人CBP 非计划性下机情况进行统计，分析原因，制定对策，落实措施，分析比较活动前后非计划性下机发生率的差异和协作科室护士满意度变化。结果：CBP 病人非计划性下机发生率从活动前的25.45% 降低至活动后的10.87%，差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01) ；协作科室护士满意度明显提高（P <0.05）。结论：本实践活动可明显降低CBP 病人非计划下机的发生率，密切多学科之间的协作程度，提高CBP 治疗的护理质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of Quality Control Circle (QCC) in decreasing the rate of unplanned stop of Continuous Blood Purification (CBP). Methods: Decreasing unplanned stop rate of continuous blood purification was set as the primary subject of QCC activities. The authors investigated the incidence of unplanned stop of CBP, analyzed reasons and established countermeasures accordingly. And the differences of unplanned stop rate of CBP and satisfaction level of nurses in cooperation department before and after QCC were compared. Results: The unplanned stop rate of CBP decreased from 25.45% to 10.87% after QCC (P<0.01). And the satisfaction degree of nurses increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion: QCC activities could decrease the unplanned stop rate of CBP and improve the cooperation of multi-disciplinary team and care quality of CBP.
