摘要： 目的：介绍肿瘤专科护士的培训模式与实践效果，为建立肿瘤专科护士培养与使用的长效机制提供参考。方法：从肿瘤专科护士的学员准入、师资遴选、课程设置、培训内容、培训方式及培训效果追踪等方面进行了详细的介绍，并对培训中的难点及改进方法进行了探讨。结果：成功举办了4 期肿瘤专科护士培训班，为重庆市各级医院培养肿瘤专科护士200 余名，学员满意度98.96%。结论：该肿瘤专科护士培训模式切实可行，具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract: Objective: To introduce the Oncology Specialized Nurse training mode and practice effects. Methods: Several aspects of Oncology Specialized Nurse training process, including trainee recruitment, teachers selection, curriculum offering,training outline, training methods and effects tracking, were all introduced and discussed in this paper. They also discussed the difficulty and improvement methods in the training. Results: They successfully hosted four times of Oncology Specialized Nurse training program. More than 200 Oncology Specialized Nurses from different level hospitals in Chongqing got trained. Their satisfaction rate was 98.96%. Conclusion: The Oncology Specialized Nurse training mode is feasible and effective.
