个性化健康教育对2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为及血糖控制效果的影响

Effect of individualized health education on self-management behavior and glycemic control for patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要: 目的: 探讨个性化健康教育对2 型糖尿病患者自我管理行为及血糖控制效果的影响。方法: 本研究为随机对照试验,采用便利抽样的方法选取在我院糖尿病专科门诊建立档案的2 型糖尿病患者80 例为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,每组40 例。对照组患者给予一般的护理干预,干预组患者采取个性化健康教育。干预前及干预10 个月后,分别评估两组患者的自我管理行为及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白值。结果:干预10 个月后,干预组患者自我管理行为各项得分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白值指标也均较入组时下降,血糖值控制改善,与对照组各对应值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育能够提升2 型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为及改善患者的血糖控制,提高患者的生活质量,是一种有效的糖尿病患者管理方法。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of individualized health education on self-management behavior and glycemic control for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes who had built archives in diabetes clinic were randomly assigned to the intervention group (n=40) and the control group (n=40). Normal nursing interventions were given to the two groups, meanwhile the individualized health education was given to the intervention group. Self-management behavior,fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were used to assess the effect of health education in two groups. Result: Ten months after intervention, the scores of the intervention group on self-management behavior were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The scores of the intervention of fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The individualized health education can improve the self-management behavior,glycemic control and the quality of life amog patients with type 2 diabetes.
