摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨脊柱手术患者术后留置导尿时间、拔除导尿管情况、拔管后首次排尿时间及影响拔管后排尿的因素。方法：采用便利抽样的方法对2010 年5 月至2014 年5 月脊柱骨折手术后患者124 例进行病历回顾分析，提取患者基本情况、医嘱及护理项目，分析脊柱骨折患者术后拔除尿管后排尿时间及其影响因素。结果：74 例（59.7%）患者在出院前拔除尿管并成功排尿，拔除尿管后第一次排尿平均时间为在拔除后（5.28±1.96)h。住院情绪、日常生活活动能力量表（ADL) 评分、留置导尿时间、年龄和首次排尿量等5 个因素联合解释脊柱骨折患者术后拔除尿管第一次排尿时间变异的57.8%。结论：ADL 评分越高（自理能力越差）、焦虑、年龄越大、留置导尿时间越长、首次排尿量越少，脊柱骨折患者术后拔除尿管后第一次排尿时间越长。

Abstract: Objective: To explore postoperative catheterization time, removal of the catheter, first voiding after catheter removal and the influence factors in patients with spinal surgery. Methods: Using convenience sampling method, 124 spinal fracture surgery patients were selected from May 2010 to May 2014 for medical record review. Their demographic data, medical advice and nursing care items were collected, and then patients' first urination and influence factors were analyzed. Results:Seventy four cases (59.7%) patients urinated successfully after catheter removal before they left hospital; the average first voiding time was (5.28±1.96)h. Five factors, including emotional status, ADL score, catheterization time, age and first urine output with,could explain 57.8% variation of the postoperative first voiding time after urinary catheter removal. Conclusion: Postoperative spinal fractures patients with higher ADL score (worse self-care ability), anxiety, older, longer catheterization and less first urine output, may suffer longer first voiding time after catheter removal.
