摘要： 随着《医疗事故处理条例》的颁发和实施,重症监护病房(ICU)的护理记录缺陷问题成为引发医疗纠纷的原因之一,为了提高书写质量,降低医疗纠纷的发生率,分析ICU护理记录中存在的问题,并就如何提高书写质量提出了自己的看法。
