Abstract: Objective: To explore the categories, reasons and characteristics of nursing adverse events, and to provide references for drawing up nursing countermeasure. Methods: We analyzed 83 adverse events reported to nursing department in the past three years using nursing quality management tool. Results: We could reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events by paying close attention to the main risk factors and events, strengthening the process supervision, and improving working flow.Conclusion: We should pay more attention to the high-incidence period and crowd, put forward the pointed prevention measures,and to ensure nursing safety.
