以能力进阶为导向的儿科护士岗位分层培训需求分析

摘要: 目的:对基于能力进阶模式下的儿科护士岗位分层培训需求进行分析,为制定以人为本的分层培训方案提供依据。方法:采用一般情况调查表、儿科护士岗位培训需求调查问卷对我院810 名儿科护士进行调查。结果:儿科护士的岗位分层培训需求整体水平较高,其中“岗位临床实践能力”的培训需求水平最高,“护理管理”培训的需求较低,且不同级别的儿科护士对岗位培训内容和方式的需求存在差异性;同时,随着儿科护士层级的提升,培训需求整体有降低的趋势。结论:护理管理者应当加强各级儿科护士的岗位培训,关注不同层级儿科护士培训需求的差异性。同时应结合儿科护士能级水平和培训意愿,提供系统的、形式多元的、具针对性和前瞻性的在职分层培训设计,以满足不同层级护士的培训需求,提高培训效率。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the training needs of pediatric nurses under clinical ladder program. Methods: A selfdesigned training needs questionnaire was used to investigate 810 pediatric nurses in our hospital. Results: Overall, they had high level of training needs. The score of clinical practice ability needs was the highest, and the score of nursing management needs was the lowest. There was a decreasing tendency of training needs with the promotion of pediatric nurses' level. The nurses in different level also had and diversity training needs including training content and method. Conclusion: Nursing managers should strengthen the training of pediatric nurses and pay attention to the differences in training demands of nurses in different levels.A systematic, diversified, specific and prospective training program is thus needed to satisfy the needs of pediatric nurses at all levels, and improve training efficiency.
