摘要： 介绍了国外护理人力配置研究的进展,回顾了护理工作量测量方法的发展历程、研究的进展状况和不足,论述了护理工作量测量方法研究的趋势。指出护理工作量测量办法应该做到可信、能准确预测护理工时,使用方便、省时。测量工具应该计算机化、标准化,测量结果应该在医院内及各病房及全国范围内各医院间相比较。
