摘要： 介绍了中国中医研究院广安门医院贯彻《医疗事故处理条例》,从规范护理记录入手,强化护理质量管理的具体做法和体会。认真学习《医疗事故处理条例》,分层培训,统一认识;合理调整、设计护理表格,使之具有实用性和可操作性;以点带面,强化护理质量检查;贯彻整体护理思想,发挥护理记录单的作用;注重护理质量的过程控制。 作者还分析了实施中存在的问题,提出了相应的措施。
